Sent Date

To record the date the submission was made. This is used to determine the follow up date.

Follow Up Date

The date at which to chase this submission if it is still unanswered. This is either generated by the markets 'Expected response days' added to the 'Sent Date' or a fixed 'Responds by Date' against the market. If this information is not available, you are prompted to enter your own reminder date. This will show up in the Dashboard Timeline as a reminder.

Is Query?

Mark this as a query. Some markets want queries before work is submitted, and Literarium will warn you if you try to send a piece of work which does not have an 'accepted' Query submission.

Submission Status

The current status of this submission.

Submission Method

The method by which you made the submission. This can be email, Submittable, or a variety of options.

Notes

Any additional information you wish to enter here. Often useful for recording your cover letter.

Response

To record the response from the market. This can be useful to record any advice for improving the piece, or any other feedback from the market.
